Timeline

December 13, 2008 - Anya will be home!!! We fly into Atlanta at 4:20 PM
December 10, 2008 - We will go to Moscow with Anya for US Embassy paperwork
December 6, 2008 - My dad and I will leave to get Anya!
November 25, 2008 – we will return home
November 24, 2008 – we have our adoption hearing in court
November 19, 2008 - we leave for our court trip
October 7, 2008 – we received word our court date was set for Nov. 24th
September 1, 20008 - Our case was presented to the judge
August 8, 2008 - Found out there is a backlog of court cases & our court date won't be until October
July 25, 2008 - Found out our court documents would not be submitted until Aug. 12th
July 9, 2008 - Our I-797 Came in the mail! (It is our USCIS Approval)
July 7, 2008 - USCIS Approved our I-600A
June 26, 2008 - We completed our 8 doctor medical
June 1, 2008 - Anya left the orphanage to spend the summer at camp (all the kids go)
May 19, 2008 - We returned home from St. Petersburg
May 15, 2008 - We received our Referral and get to see Anya!!!
May 12, 2008 - We left Atlanta for St. Petersburg
April 18, 2008 - We were fingerprinted by USCIS and found out we were leaving on May 12th
April 15, 2008 - Our Dossier is Registered!
March 23, 2008 - Our Dossier Arrived in Russia
March 20, 2008 - USCIS Received our I-600A
March 17, 2008 - Our Homestudy is complete!
March 8, 2008 - Anya's 10th Birthday
March 7, 2008 - Turned in all our Homestudy paperwork!
January 9, 2008 - Anya returned to Russia
December 12, 2007 - Anya arrived!
October 16, 2007 - I received another email about hosting orphans and first saw Anya's picture
