We are having a HUGE fundraising event for Precious In His Sight, Inc. The proceeds will help with some of the costs of the adoption of several children in our area (including Anya).
WHAT? Giant Community Yard Sale and Barbecue
WHEN? Saturday, July 12th from 7am until 5pm
WHERE? Youth Middle School on Hwy 81
We will have the entire parking lot full of yard sale spaces and the cafeteria will be open for people to eat their BBQ there or they can pick it up and take it home.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
1. Buy a Yard Sale space where you can sell your own stuff.
2. Donate Items to our Yard Sale.
3. Buy a ticket for a BBQ plate to pick up that day.
4. Bake a dessert for us to sell to people picking up their BBQ.
5. Volunteer to help out the day of the sale.
6. Help us recruit sellers for the Yard Sale.
7. Help sell tickets in advance for the BBQ.
BBQ Tickets are $7 per plate, which includes pulled pork, bread, coleslaw, BBQ baked beans, and tea. Yard Sale spaces are $20 each. If you have items you would like to donate, give us a call and we can either pick them up or give you a drop off location.
