We are so excited to report that the oncologist is willing to sign the letter we need. His office staff has been very helpful and is going to have the letter ready for us to pick up this afternoon (they will even notarize it). This is very good news!
We still don't have our USCIS approval, but are hoping it will be in the mailbox tomorrow. If so, I'll be headed to Atlanta tomorrow to get things apostilled & sent to California. Maybe it will all get to Russia before offices here take a holiday this Friday.
