Court Date!

We have a court date... it's much later than we expected and our agency doesn't understand how it was allowed to be so late, but we have one. We will be in court on November 24th. We have been told the 10 day waiting period will absolutely NOT be waived and we are waiting to find out the exact date we can return to pick up Anya, but right now it looks like it will be around December 9th, which means we would be home with her somewhere around December 17th. Right now it seems so far away! We will be trying to make plans and get ready to help pass the time. I'll write more later, but I just wanted to let everyone know the good news.
